Double T Shape Cantilever H Beam Automatic Welding Machine with Submerged Arc Welding

Consists of H beam Welding Machine

H beam automatic welding machine adopts AC frequency converter to control speed, which allows for stable and reliable operation with the merit of quick returning. The automatic tracking arc-guiding alignment mechanism can assure automatic accurate alignment of welding gun. Equipped with welding flux automatic transmission recovery system, the main machine implements linkage control with welder, which features convenient operation and high efficiency. In addition, this cantilever type H beam automatic welding machine can increase the height of web plate according to customer’s needs.

2. Characters of Welding Machine:


a. The H beam welding machine has two structures: double cantilever move type.
b. Cantilever drive method: AC motor and R series worm reducer.
c. Welding speed: 0.15~1.5m/min.
d. Arc guide frame head function is to mechanically track up and down, left and right.
e. Imported frequency converter is able to realize gantry gate or cantilevers stepless speed adjustment, with wide speed adjustment range, high accuracy and constant output torque.
f. Electrical control cabinet includes main control cabinet and remote operation box.
g. Two work-piece at one time.
