Machine Overview

This gantry type welding machine has adopts AC variable frequency control to realize back and forth welding. It has stable and reliable working and simple and convenient operation. Special designed arc guiding rack can satisfy the welding requirements of H beam and box beam.

The standard models of our gantry type H-beam automatic welding machine have the following features:

a. Two welding heads can weld two H-beams at the same time;
b. Controller can be placed in the middle of gantry or at both sides of the gantry;
c. Robust all steel fabrication with stable structure and good rigidity, and no deformation after long time using;
