Machine overview :
H-beam automatic assembly machine is mainly composed of a door frame assembly, a tie rod system assembly, a hydraulic system assembly, an input and output raceway assembly, and an electronic control system. The main components of this machine are welded structural parts, which are strong and lightweight. And important parts have been stress relief treatment, not easily deformed. The main transmission part adopts the motor--Changzhou cycloid reducer--the driving method of the driving roller (the front and rear conveying rollers pass through the sprocket chain and the sub-transition), and the linear speed is the speed of the assembly using the AC variable frequency speed regulation.
