Machine Overview :

C/Z purlin is widely used in the main body stress structure of the large and medium-size construction, such as the plant, the warehouse, locomotive shed, hangar, exhibition building. it is known as economic and high efficient building material.

Automatic control C-Z quick interchangeable machine adopts a special structure for changing from C to Z. The rollers for C & Z are changed very quickly without dismantle any parts. One machine can produce all specifications of C & Z purlins. Crimples are optional to increase rigidity of purlin.

Imported high quality PLC, VFD and another electrical components ensure long-term use of the equipment . High accuracy C/Z purlin made by our high quality C/Z Purlin Steel Profile Roll Forming Machine.

(1)Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in buyer’s factory.

(2)The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated, e.g. visa formalities, meals, accommodation and allowance of USD70 for engineer.

(3)During this guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, we will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.
