The self-adjusting welding roller is a special welding auxiliary equipment, which is used together with the operating machine and the submerged arc welding machine to complete the welding of the inner and outer ring seams of the workpiece.

1. Movable rotators can auto move on the rails for the third single pipe butt welding.

2. It will be controled by Hand Remote Control Box or Wireless Control Box.

3. During two single pipes butting , the position could not butt well sometimes , our rotators can adjust the

butt position up or down / left or right to realize the perfect butt position.

4. Two self aliging rollers in the two end, and two hydrulic adjust rollers in the middle to adjust the butt positon.
