auto polyvinyl butyral sheet for windshield

polyvinyl butyral sheet (PVB film) is used as interlayer film in production of laminated safety glass for Automotive front glass and buildings; And potential costumers of PVB Films are glass factories. The PVB film is a high molecular polymer made from PVB resin and plasticizer, together With different additives according to different application and formed through Plasticization and extrusion by extruder. It is semitransparent, elastic, flat, without Impurity but with some roughness.

Use laminated glass can make car more safe and better sound insulation.

Packaging:


Every layer of PVB film rolls should be sepatared by PE film and vacuumed by aluminum foil,and put into wooden case.

The product should be stocked in a clean warehouse and normal temperature.It is prohibited to leave it under direct sunlight.Once the packing is broken or opened,it should be stocked under temperature of 15-25 ℃ and a relative humidity of 20%-40%.
