Conical Twin Screw Extruder is mainly used to extrude PP, PE, PET, PVC, etc material. It adopt special gear box, and has features of low noisy, stable running, high carrying capacity, long service life. Equipped with different mold and auxiliary equipment, it could produce plastic pipe, sheet, board, granules and so on. It has features of simple process, high output, stable extrusion pressure, and low cost.

Vacuum Shaping Tank

Vacuum shaping tank's main role is to set the pipe diameter, shape, cooling and guaranteed the roundness of the pipes, installed with water channel system and a bypass loop access road. It also has an automatic monitoring system on water level and water temperature.

Traction& Cutting Machine Composite

This traction machine consists of two parts: cutting machine and haulf off. It is designed for continuously and steadily pulling tube moving forward ,at the same time cutting tubes to set length. Its compact, and absolute stability features make it great guarantee for stable production.
