Product Description

GENERAL INTRODUCTION:

HDPE Corrugated Pipe Production Line is mainly for producing water and gas supply used HDPE pipe. The pipe has some excellent features, such as heating resistant, aging resistant, high mechanical strength, environmental stress cracks resistant, good creep resistant, etc. It is most popular productes in gas conduits for ductwork systems between city and its suburb, water supply in city.

ADVANTAGES:

The extruder is high efficiency designed for PE pipe, equipped with reducer which is high speed and low noise. Composite spiral extrusion die head assures that melting pressure and flux are uniformity and the surface of pipe is lubricity.

Adopting vacuum calibrating and spray cooling water tanks, accurate calibration, fast cooling. The water tank is made from stainless steel. Traction Unit is two/multi caterpillars with speed adjusted by inverters. Cutting Machine using Non-Dust Cutting Saws. It can cut very large diameter and thick wall pipe.
