This HSJZ-51/105 PVC Flexible Corrugated Pipe Machine is mainly for Flexible PVC Electric Conduit Pipe production. Mould size: 16-50mm. This production line will use PVC resin material directly. This is a higher speed machine design, and its production speed can reach to 5-15m/min.

HSJZ-51/105 Conical Twin Screw Extruder is designed specially for producing pvc pipes, it's screw and barrel size is 51/105mm, LD 22/1, installed with 18.5kw driving motor, it can guarantee the output reach to 60-100kg/h for pvc resin. Screw rotation speed is 42rpm, working with SZ-51 series gear box(with external oil cooling system), which guarantee the smooth and reliable running.
The Screw and barrel material use 38CrMoAl, by nitrated process, totally 4 Zone + 3 Zone for adaptors and Crosshead, for barrel heating and cooling zones. Heating elements by Ceramic Heaters, with Aluminum Separators. The Feeding zones of the screw is Helical Grooved, with water cooling system, and controlled with electric valve and including water filter.

This corrugated pipe mould is mainly for electric conduit pipe, size 16-50mm, with necessary nozzles and mandrels, and heating bands. Size: 16-50mm Material: Mould Steel P20(3Cr2Mo),Hardness: 330-370HB(30-36HRC), Executive Standard: AISI-p20 GS-2311 ASSAB-618
Heating Zones: 2 Zones, By Electric Heating Method
This Corrugated Forming Machine is installed with 60 pairs corrugated forming mould, driven by a 4kw AC motor, regulated by frequency inverter. The bottom template material uses 38CrMoAl, which is high resistance. Totally 5 pieces blower will effectively cool down the pipe temperature.
By Chained Corrugated Paris, it is standard Mould Corrugators. Each corrugated pairs are connected with each other by screw and plated-bolt(refer to the following picture).It's firmly and stable in production, it has the advantages of stable running, very easy to operate.
Corrugated Pairs picture is showing in the following picture. Two Cavity is down at the mould. Any size can be made into twocavity, unless is less than 32mm, the most commonly used is 16+32mm, 20+25mm.
Size over 32mm, will be made into single cavity.
Big size, if designed into two cavity, will increase the weight of the forming trail, thus will reduce production speed. While we are designing this machine for higher speed firstly, and single cavity will also guarantee efficiency.
Automatic Pipe Coiler This machine max. coiling speed can reach to 250m/min, adopts servo driving motor, cooperated with guiding system. Whole machine controlling system is Smart PLC control, the cutter will be mounted on the coiler unit.
φ20-63mm HDPE PIPE Making Machine is mainly for Rigid HDPE Pipes production. The Extruder use 65mm screw, LD30:1, installed driving motor 30/37kw, max. extrusion capacity 100kg/h. The final pipes will be coiled into rolls, for agriculture irrigation main pipe frameworks.
