Description of Plastic pipe non-scraps cutting machine:

It includes high-speed cutter, no-scrap cutter and planetary cutter. It can be applied in pipe production line and sheet or profile production line. There

are diffierent models to choose according to actual needs.

Features:

1)The cutting of the products do not produce chips, and cut sections smoothing products, thus saving products, raw materials, but also conducive to

products with the corresponding pipes connector.

2)The cutting of the products at the line can be carried out simultaneously at any time, you can’t cut the production line at any time of sampling.

3)Cutting the process smooth,no noise.

4)High automation, high cutting quantity and appearance is beautiful.

Main application:

1. It’s used in building hot and cold water system, including central heating system;

2. It’s used in building heating system, including floor, wall and radiant heating system;

3. It can be directly used in purfied water drinking water supply system.

4. Central (concentration) air conditioning system.

5. Transfering or discharge of chemical media, such as industrial piping system.

6. Adopts co-extrusion die head and with marking line for hot and cold water pipes.

Main characteristic of PPR pipe production line:

  1. PPR Pipe production line is mainly used to produce pipe material whose raw material is mainly PP-R resin. It is also suitable for producing pipe materials of PP, PPB, PPC, and PE resin.
  2. Equipped with polyolefin purposed single-screw extruder, it has the characters of quick extruding, high efficiency and so on.
  3. The specially designed co-extrusion die head is reasonable in flow channel, smooth in both internal and external walls, and small in internal stress.
  4. Pipe diameter is among 20-160mm and production speed reaches to 18m/min.
  5. One unit serves several purposes. It can produce common PP-R, Nanometer anti-bacteria pipe, PE-RT and PE-X.
  6. If added one co-extrusion engine and die on original base, it can produce PP-R fiberglass reinforced composite pipe.
