Output product and usage

FUEL OIL

The production rate of fuel oil is 40% in average. It's also known as tyre oil, pyrolysis oil, heating oil or furnace oil.The application is as heating fuel for industries such as power plant, cement plant, steel plant, metallurgical plant, glass plant etc.

CARBON BLACK

It produces approximately 35% of carbon black from used tyres. Carbon black is raw material for rubber&plastic industry or used as heating fuel.

STEEL WIRE

It's easy to sell to scrap metal dealers.

Environmental friendly Huayin waste tyre/plastic pyrolysis plant

No waste water , gas and black smoke discharged out . The water for condensing system is circular and the water is separated with the oil gas pipe, so there is no waste water. The syngas that can not be liquefied will be used for burning as heating fuel . The smoke produced will be purified by the dedusting device , finally no black smoke and meets the national emission standard.

High Safety level

Each set of Huayin waste pyrolysis plant is equipped with water sealing device( avoid explosions) , safety valve , pressure gauge , alarm and temperature monitor to ensure safe production.

Workers don’t need to enter into the pyrolysis reactor to load feedstocks, thus to guarantee the security of the workers.
