Main features
A. Energy saving
1. The flame path is designed as a spiral so that the quantity of heat can be fully used.
2. The syngas is recycled to heating furnace for burning, thus saving your heating fuel.
3. The insulation cover is formed by 3 layers: steel plate, rock wool, and refractory cement. Excellent thermal insulation effect helps save fuel.
B. The high degree of automation
1. In manufacturing we use auto-cutting machines, auto welding machines, auto rolling machines so that both the quality and appearance of our products can be guaranteed.
2. In production, we use auto-feeder to feed raw materials into the pyrolysis reactor. By auto-feeder it needs few workers and less time to feed. And because of 50 ton hydraulic pressure, it can feed more tires than manually feeding.
C. Long service life
1. The material of the reactor is Q345R/Q245R boiler plate with 16/18mm thickness which is produced by a Chinese well-known enterprise. The head of the reactor and accessories are using one-piece molding shell cover rather than a welded plate.
2. The rollers are engineered underfeeding port and oil outlet port which are external to the heating area to bring perfect rotating balance and longer service life.
