Fuel oil is widely used in industries, such as steel factory, heavy oil generator, cement factory, and boiler heating etc. Carbon black can be made into pellets for making new rubber products. Steel wire could be sold directly . The incondensable gas is recycled to heat the pyrolysis reactor, saving your heating fuel.

Main Features

1. High efficiency . The feeding port of the pyrolysis reactor is 1400mm , so the waste material don’t need pretreatment , they can be put into the pyrolysis reactor directly with the auto feeder machine.

2. High stability . The rollers are engineered under feeding port and oil outlet port which are external from heating area to bring perfect rotating balance and longer service life.

3. Energy saving : Non-condensable gas will go back to the heating system for second burning as heating material , saving your heating fuel.

4. High oil yield : Larger condensation area to ensure sufficient condensation of oil gas into liquid oil.

5. Eco-friendly: The stainless steel deduster is filled with ceramic filters inside , which brings it strong dust adsorption capacity and good dedusting effect.
