The waste tyre pyrolysis plant is used for recycling waste tyres , rubber ,plastic scrap to fuel oil , carbon black , the complete waste pyrolysis plant has the advantage of environmental friendly , energy saving , high automation , high oil yield and oil quality.

Usage of output product

A. Fuel oil

1. The main product - fuel oil produced by our waste tyre pyrolysis machine is widely used for industrial and commercial purposes.With the heating value 10592.48Kcal/Kg, this fuel oil is a kind of good heating fuel which can be applied for boiler factory, cement factory,glass factory and steel mill, etc.

2. It also can be refined to diesel by the distillation machine. The distillation diesel can be used as diesel fuel used in diesel burners or diesel generators and some diesel engines.

B. Carbon black

1. This Carbon black can be directly sold to cement or brick factory mix with cement or brick for heavy color.

2. Or pellet it used for heating, just like coal, it has the heating value of 7034 kcal/kg.

C. Steel wire

Can be sold directly.

1) Equipped with oil water separator and anti-back fire device to avoid backfire during the machine is running.

Environmental protection.

1) The flue gas (caused by burning fuel to heat the reactor) will be purified and cooled by dust removal device, then can be released into air through chimney.

2) The procedure to remove carbon black is working under closed situation to avoid pollution.

Longer service life

1) The material of reactor is Q345R /Q245R boiler plate with 16/18mm thickness which is produced by Chinese well-known enterprise. The head of reactor and accessories are using one-piece molding shell cover rather than welded plate.

2) All cutting, rolling and welding works are finished by automatic machines.
