Waste Motor Oil Pyrolysis To Diesel Distillation Plant Used Motor Oil Recycling Machines
The waste tyre oil recycling to diesel machine with high vacuum molecular distillation technology, it can convert waste pyrolysis oil , waste engine oil into diesel, with features of low cost, high recovery rate, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving.
Working process of the waste engine oil /pyrolysis oil distillation plant
1. Pump waste oil into distillation reactor by oil pump.
2. Heat the reactor, and the liquid oil will slowly become oil gas, oil gas will go through catalytic chamber and condenser, then diesel will be cooled out first by controlling the temperature over 150 Celsius degrees.
3.The gasoline will be cooled out when the temperature is below 150 Celsius degrees, the rest of the system is the same as pyrolysis system.

Oil-water separator: Its water sealing design ensures that oil and gas are separated and combustible gas can not return to the reactor.

The inner reactor body and outside insulation cover have good airtightness, avoiding heating loss and saving fuel.
The combustible gas that cannot be further cooled down into fuel oil will be recycled to the furnace for heating the reactor, maximizing resource utilization.
The cooling water adopts a circulating mode, which is pollution-free, no discharging, and recyclable.
High efficiency discharging: Adopt screw conveyor discharging device, discharge carbon black in sealed condition, no pollution and save labor and time.
