The function of the waste tire/plastic pyrolysis plant is to convert various kinds of waste tires like car tyres , motorcycle tires, bicycle tires, and OTR tires , plastic scrap to fuel oil, carbon black, steel wire, and syngas. Due to the advantages of environmentally friendly, energy-saving, high safety level, and large profit of this equipment, it is widely used for the treatment of waste rubber and plastic products.
Function of the output product
1. Fuel oil (40-45%): Widely used as fuel oil in industries such as steel and iron factories, ceramics or heavy oil generators, cement factories, boiler heating, etc. Or being refined into non-standard diesel for use in trucks, tractors, etc.
2. Carbon black(30%): Be pressed into pellets for use in industrial heating;It can be ground and refined into different standards.
3. Steel wires(10%): Sold or reprocessed
4. Combustible gas(10%-15%): Can be recycled and used during production as fuel.
Main Features
1. High efficiency. The feeding port of the pyrolysis reactor is 1400mm, so the waste material doesn’t need pretreatment, it can be put into the pyrolysis reactor directly with the auto feeder machine.
2. High stability. The rollers are engineered underfeeding port and oil outlet port which are external from the heating area to bring perfect rotating balance and longer service life.
3. Energy saving: Non-condensable gas will go back to the heating system for second burning as heating material, saving your heating fuel.
4. High oil yield: Larger condensation area to ensure sufficient condensation of oil gas into liquid oil.
5. Eco-friendly: The stainless steel deduster is filled with ceramic filters inside, which brings it strong dust adsorption capacity and a good dedusting effect.
6. High safety level: Equipped with Alarm, auto pressure releasing device, anti backfire device, vacuum pump to ensure the machine working smoothly.
