THE HY-30 continuous pyrolysis system can be installed into metal frames size of 40 feet HQ container, designed for controlled thermal decomposition process of hydrocarbon based materials utilization.

The plant is controlled by operator in manual or automatic mode from the operator’s touch screen. Process data is controlled and monitored by various instruments and a control system. Safety interlock system monitoring deviations from main process parameters ensures safe operation of the plan and long life of the equipment. The plant is supplied with air cooling system that cools media (cooling water)
PROCESS DESCRIPTION
The source material is continuously fed into pyrolysis reactor, where it decomposes under heating in a primarily non-reactive environment. Lower section of the reactor is drying zone, middle and upper section is pyrolysis zone.
1. Paste and solid waste is fed by screw conveyor from the hopper , which is equipped with the level transmitter that controls safe continuous feeding, eliminating the possibility of oxygen entering the reactor
2. Liquid waste is fed from receiver tank by the pump, which is equipped with level transmitter and heating element to lower the viscosity of the sludge.
3. The pyrolysis reactor is heated to the operation temperature by the mixed fuel burner installed in furnace
4. The pressure in the reactor is controlled by temperature rise rate Diesel fuel/or produced boiler fuel is used for the plant operation
5. Fuel is self-fed from fuel tank
6. Air is fed to the burner while operation on diesel or heavy fuel oil
Nitrogen is used for the emergency shutdown of the process and controlling the pressure-vacuum conditions in the reactor of feed failure or air leak into reactor
7. The beginning of the decomposition process is determined by the heat exchanger temperature rise to the set value.
8. After process stabilizing the main burner capacity is lowered and heating is carried out by booster burners operating on pyrolysis gas.
9. From the pyrolysis reactor the oil gas goes into condensers. Then it is cooled in the heat exchanger water in close circuit is used as a cooling agent.
10. Water is cooled in air cooler or in chiller. Extension tank or water cooling pool is installed in line for the water recycling use.
11. Oil gas enters the condenser cool down to the liquid, the non-condensed gas shall be used as fuel to sustain the heating process enhancing its performance. This significantly reduces operating cost.
The solid residue is discharged by screw conveyor in the lower part of the reactor,where it is cooled and shifted to receiving hoppers , without oxygen access.
