Product description

The bulk of the plastics we use—the candy wrappers, stand-up pouches, potato chip bags, protective packaging, single-use cups, frozen food bags are constructed from multiple plastics that are nearly impossible to separate. Plus they are mostly made of polyolefins like polyethylene and polypropylene, which have strong carbon-carbon bonds that resist depolymerization. For these mixed plastics, pyrolysis is the only currently viable tool for recovering raw materials and making new polymers.

Pyrolysis Applications

Pyrolysis plant can process various feedstocks like plastic pp , pe , ps , abs,tires and rubber waste for different purposes:

1. to recover energy - Waste-To-Energy plant (the pyrolysis oil can be used for power generator to produce electricity),

2. to reclaim materials (metals, activated carbon, catalyst, soil),

3. to dispose hazardous waste (medical waste,oily sludge waste).

Usage of the output product

1. Fuel oil is widely used in industries, such as steel factory, heavy oil generator, cement factory, and boiler heating etc.
2. Carbon black can be made into pellets for making new rubber products.
3. Steel wire could be sold to the recycle station or steel mill for remelting.
4. The incondensable gas is recycled to heat the pyrolysis reactor, saving energy.

Working process of the pyrolysis plant

Step 1: Feeding. Feed tyres into reactor manually or with auto feeder;

Step 2: Preheating. Waste tyres will be melted under high temperature and oil gas comes out .

Step 3: Oil producing. Oil gas goes through the cooling system and is cooled down into liquid fuel oil; Some oil gas that can not be turned to liquid oil will go back to the heating furnace for second burning.　　

Step 4: Cooling . After the oil processing process is completed, leave the plant for cooling.

Step 5: Carbon black discharging.

Step 6: Pulling out steel wire.
