Advantages of Main parts of the pyrolysis plant
Pyrolysis reactor :
1.The pyrolysis reactor offers an oxygen-free and high-temperature working condition for pyrolysis process of feedstocks.
2.Manufactured with good material of Q245R boiler plate.
3.The rollers are engineered under the feeding port and oil outlet port which is external from the heating area to bring perfect rotating balance and long service life.
4.Safe operation.
Horizontal condenser:
1.Square box condenser offers a long condensing distance of 120 meters in total. The pyrolysis gas produced from pyrolysis reactor enters the internal condenser pipes connected in series. The condensing process is fast and efficient.
2.The diameter of condensing pipe not only brings larger heat exchange area, but also makes maintenance easier.
3.Combustible gas is collected by the system and routed to heating system as fuel supply. It saves fuel consumption meanwhile protect the environment.
Carbon black discharge:
1.Carbon black is conveyed in a sealed condition to achieve pollution-free.
2.The screw conveyor is combined with condenser to help cool down carbon black.
3.Easy storage and packing from screw conveyor.
Deduster :
1.The stainless steel deduster is filled with ceramic filters inside, which brings it strong dust adsorption capacity and good dust control effect.
2.Stainless steel material provides long life span for deduster.
3.Easy installation and maintenance.

Operation Process
1: Feeding. Feed tires into reactor manually or with auto feeder;
2: Preheating. Waste tyres will be melted under high temperatures and oil gas comes out.
3: Oil-producing. Oil gas goes through the cooling system and is cooled down into liquid fuel oil; Some oil gas that can not be turned into liquid oil will go back to the heating furnace for second burning.
4: Cooling. After the oil processing is finished, leave the plant for cooling.
5: Carbon black discharging.
