Product Description

Paper Four-Point bending stiffness tester measures the bending stiffness of corrugated board and heavy paperboard rapidly and accurately. The unique design of the pneumatic clamps permits measurements of warped and twisted samples without impairing results.

Main technical parameters

Test item This machine is mainly used to test an elastic deformation of the specimen's bending resistance.
Test sample cardboard (A, B, C & E flute).
Sensor A high-precision sensor is used to collect the linear deformation of the sample when it is bent and transmitted to the microprocessor through the communication port. After calculation, it is displayed on the machine screen. The sensor automatically sets a zero point to compensate for different thicknesses of cardboard.
Test sample length cardboard length is adjustable from 50 to 300mm.
Motor and screw Stepper motor, left and right ball screw, the test length can be automatically adjusted by the machine itself, which is very convenient.
Maximum sample width 100mm
The machine can provide the following precise strength 20g x 4 ea, 50g x 4 ea, 100g x 4 ea, 300g x 2 ea
