Description
(1) Insert the steel bar into the sleeve so that the end face of the steel sleeve is aligned with the mark line of the steel bar extending position.
(2) According to the mark of the indentation position of the steel sleeve, align the position of the positive pressure die, and make the movement direction of the pressure die perpendicular to the plane where the two longitudinal ribs of the steel bar are located, so as to ensure that the maximum crimping surface can be on the transverse rib of the steel bar.
(3) For crimping, half of the steel joints are crimped in advance, and then lifted to the work site to complete the other half of the steel joints, which can reduce the difficulty of high-altitude operations and speed up the construction.
(4) Three parameters of the extrusion process should be correctly mastered during construction:
① crimping sequence: crimping from the middle to both ends;
② Crimping force: The crimping force should be tightly fastened between the steel sleeve and the steel bar, which can be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations;
③The number of crimping passes: It is directly related to the quality of the joint and the construction speed, and it can also be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.
