Precautions:

1. The thread rolling machine tool has poor precision, large vibration, and is in service under abnormal operation;
2. The thread rolling die is not aligned correctly, the rolled part is displaced axially, and the tooth pattern is subjected to two stresses: shearing and squeezing;
3. The size of the rolled thread blank is uneven, the surface is not cleaned, there are grinding wheel foam, oxide skin and dirt;
4. The hardness of the rolled parts is uneven to prevent sometimes untempered high-hardness quenched parts being mixed into the tempered parts due to poor management. The hardness is similar to the hardness of the threaded edge of the thread rolling wheel, resulting in chipping.
5. Lubricant is not added during rolling, resulting in dry friction, causing the tooth tip temperature to rise sharply to exceed the tempering temperature of the rolling wheel, and the tooth pattern will be softened by excessive tempering, resulting in inverted teeth and piled teeth failure;
6. The rolling wheel must be fully demagnetized before leaving the factory, leaving residual magnetism. When working, the tooth pattern will absorb fine iron foam and will accelerate the wear and tear.

Precautions for storage:

1. The iron pin in the clean thread should be sorted after the thread rolling wheel is used to avoid the formation of teeth during the next use.
2. When the steel bar rolling wheel is not used for a long time, a layer of oil should be applied to the surface to prevent contact with air and oxidation, which may cause inaccurate dimensions.
3. The steel wire rolling wheels should be sorted and stored when storing, and don't throw them away at will.

Packing details:

Step 1: Prepare the wooden pallet and place the machine on the wooden pallet.

Step 2: Fix the cymbal on the wooden pallet with iron wire and steel nails.

Step 3: Use plastic bags for internal packaging to prevent the machine from rusting due to rain or moisture.
