Description:

Precautions:

4. The hardness of the rolled parts is uneven to prevent sometimes untempered high-hardness quenched parts being mixed into the tempered parts due to poor management. The hardness is similar to the hardness of the threaded edge of the thread rolling wheel, resulting in chipping.
5. Lubricant is not added during rolling, resulting in dry friction, causing the tooth tip temperature to rise sharply to exceed the tempering temperature of the rolling wheel, and the tooth pattern will be softened by excessive tempering, resulting in inverted teeth and piled teeth failure;
6. The rolling wheel must be fully demagnetized before leaving the factory, leaving residual magnetism. When working, the tooth pattern will absorb fine iron foam and will accelerate the wear and tear.

Packing details:

Step 1: Prepare the wooden pallet and place the machine on the wooden pallet.

Step 2: Fix the cymbal on the wooden pallet with iron wire and steel nails.

Step 3: Use plastic bags for internal packaging to prevent the machine from rusting due to rain or moisture.
