Description

Industrial workshop can be mobile single filter cartridge dust collector is mainly based on the filtering

effect of the filter cartridge. When the dust-bearing gas enters the dust collector, part of the

large-particle dust is first removed by a pretreatment device (such as a cyclone dust collector),

and then the gas enters the inside of the filter cartridge. Inside the cartridge, the dust-containing

gas is filtered through microholes in the cartridge wall, the dust is trapped on the surface of the

cartridge, and the purified gas is discharged through an outlet at the top of the cartridge. With

the process of dust removal, the dust on the surface of the filter barrel gradually increases,

resulting in a decrease in dust removal efficiency. At this time, the filter cartridge needs to be

cleaned regularly to restore its dust removal performance.
