Nickel ore thermal furnace long bag pulse bag dust collector is the main equipment
for sintering of nickel iron smelting process, which is to process clay laterite nickel ore
into massive semi-finished products with gas permeability and good chemical index by
sintering machine, and then into electric furnace or ore furnace or blast furnace for
smelting. The mechanized laterite nickel ore sintering machine produced by our factory
can process laterite nickel ore into sinter ore very well. The auxiliary equipment for
smelting has little pollution to the environment and can greatly improve the output and
quality of sinter. The flue gas from the industrial silicon production furnace is extracted
from the semi-closed furnace under the suction action of the centrifugal main fan, and
the flue gas first enters a secondary combustion chamber and pre-dust collector along
the flue. The coarse particles are separated from the Mars, so that the soot is fully
burned, the burning flue gas enters a heat exchanger to reduce the temperature of the
flue gas, and then the fan is sent into the bag dust collector, the dust remains in the filter
bag, the purified flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the top of the dust
collector, and the micro-powder under the ash bucket is output by manual or mechanical bag
