1. Introduction

The star discharger is mainly used to install at the discharge port of the discharger working under negative pressure. The upper part accepts the material discharged by the discharger, and relies on the rotating impeller to transport the material and act as a seal to prevent air from being inhaled from the discharge port during the pneumatic conveying process to ensure the normal discharge of the discharger.The working principle of the star discharger is to use the electric deceleration motor to drive the star wheel to rotate, so as to realize the conveying of materials. The speed motor and the star wheel are connected by a flange connection and are fixed together by bolts. Driven by the deceleration motor, the star wheel rotates in a certain direction to transport the material from the feed port to the discharge port. The structure of star discharger is mainly composed of motor, reducer, star wheel, shell and so on. Among them, the motor is the core component that drives the operation of the entire system, and the reducer reduces the speed of the motor to the speed suitable for the rotation of the star wheel. The star wheel is a part that is directly in contact with the material, and its shape and structure are related to the size and nature of the material.

2. Classification
The upper and lower flanges of electric unloaders are basically square or round, or can be selected by the user.
Electric unloader is divided into three categories: common type, high temperature type and pressure resistant type.
The temperature of the material conveyed by the temperature-resistant type can reach 280°C. The bearings at both ends are isolated from the impeller, which can prevent the ultra-fine powder from contacting with the bearings. High-temperature type conveys materials at temperatures up to 500°C. It adopts sprocket connection, and there is a certain distance between the reducer and the unloader shell.
Pressure-resistant type wear-resistant closed rotor impeller is characterized by the rotor blade end lined with PTFE sealing strip, which can ensure that the blade end has good contact with the inner wall of the shell, and after wear, the blade end can be conveniently adjusted, so that it still maintains good contact with the inner part of the shell, with better air locking performance.
