Application of Major Component
A. First of all, the air compressor is connected with the joystick (gas path) and the air inlet pipe on the front cage frame with a high pressure hose and a quick joint to achieve the purpose of filling or filling air; The joystick (gas path) is then connected to the control shaft on the front cage frame by a hook.
B. The joystick (gas path) is welded by hollow steel pipe, and its function:
1, Supplementary gas volume. 2, Air path control: front row rising, front row shrinking, back row rising, back row shrinking, clearance opening, clearance closing. 3, Control the forward movement of the mouthpiece.
C. The control cable is used to control the driving walking, braking, forward and backward pointing. When walking, the forward walking cable should be tightened, and the automatic brake will be applied when it is released to prevent too fast speed when going downhill. If it is necessary to move forward, quickly tighten the cable and quickly loosen the cable to realize the point walking.
D. The gas tank is installed at the end of the mouthpiece, and its function is as follows: 1, Realize the balance of the whole machine. 2, Gas storage.
E. The mouthpiece assembly is the core part of the clamp device, which is composed of the cylinder, the distributor and two groups of swelling block (holding claw), etc., which mainly completes the matching.
