Medium Frequency Heating power supply use IGBT Inverter power supply, Air cooling. Inverter power supply: work and power, temperature co-movement is very well. Accurate and stable control of heating temperature through automatic power and temperature control system. The variable frequency power supply has the function of variable frequency/load change adaptation, which can maintain the best matching state between the power supply and the workpiece, including no-load operation. The built-in intelligent control system and external thermocouple or infrared thermometer feedback excellent cooperation, can easily adjust the temperature or power-time parameters, rapid temperature rise and uniform heating, can also flexibly adjust the temperature curve temperature control, can accurately control the heating process, the heat preservation process (It can be kept for a long time).
The intelligent protection system intelligently protects people and equipment. The industrial touch screen display displays and maintains a communication interface in real time. The power factor is always maintained at 0.95 regardless of the power. The power supply is automatically adjustable and the startup success rate is 100%.
