Mam Ba self-cleaning screen mesh
Self-cleaning screens allow wires to vibrate independently at different frequencies, preventing materials from pegging & blinding and getting self cleaning effect. They are used primarily for small openings.
Compared with traditional wire screens,they are lightweight with large open area and easy to install which could increase material throughput , screening efficiency and reduce the cost of screening operations.
Material:high carbon steel wire, and stainless steel wire
Production capacity: Wire- Ripple screen :25,000m2 per year.
Characteristics:
* high performance and excellent self cleaning
* long wear-life
* More opening area
* 30% more capacity than woven wire
* Eliminates blinding and plugging
* 3 times longer wear life time than woven wire
* Minimizes down time cleaning and unclogging
* Maximizes throughput
* Superior design results in production increase and cost savings
Application:
* sand and gravel industry,
* ore preparation plants,
* mining industry
* For damp, sticky, hard-to-screen material
