Mamba Screen Mesh MFG Company’s wire cloth is the fruit of close cooperation with Canadian technology. All equipment in the factory are imported from Germany. Our company strictly follows International Standard, the Guide of Industrial Wire Screen and Woven Wire Cloth. Every process, including Crimping, Weaving, Hook Making, Edge Binding, has its own Work Sheet to cross-reference. Every process must be double-checked and approved by our Quality Supervision Department.
- High-manganese steel wire: It has high strength and hardness, good impact resistance, and strong wear resistance. It can withstand the impact and friction of materials such as ores, prolonging the service life of the screening mesh. It is one of the commonly used materials for making quarry screening meshes. For example, 65 manganese steel wire is often used for weaving the woven screening meshes of mining vibrating screens.
- Stainless steel wire: It has strong corrosion resistance and is not easy to rust and corrode in harsh environments such as humidity, acids and alkalis. It can ensure the stable performance of the screening mesh and is suitable for various mining environments, especially widely used in the screening operations of mines with high requirements for corrosion resistance, such as gold mines and copper mines.
- Low-carbon steel wire: It has a relatively low cost, with certain strength and toughness, and can be used for some common mining screening operations with not particularly high requirements for the performance of the screening mesh. After special treatment, it can also meet certain requirements for wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
- High strength and wear resistance: It can withstand the heavy pressure and friction of materials such as ores, is not easy to deform and be damaged, reduces the frequency of replacing the screening mesh, improves production efficiency, and reduces costs.
- Good corrosion resistance: It is not easy to be corroded in harsh environments such as humidity and high acid and alkali content in mines, ensuring the stable performance and service life of the screening mesh, and is suitable for the screening of ores with different properties.
- High-precision screening effect: The mesh size is accurate. According to different production requirements, it can accurately screen ores of different particle sizes, improving the classification accuracy of ores and meeting the requirements of subsequent processing techniques.
- Easy leakage and self-cleaning property: Some quarry screening meshes are designed with a special structure, such as trapezoidal cross-section wire meshes with a narrow upper part and a wide lower part for the gaps. This makes it easier for materials to pass through the screening mesh. At the same time, it also reduces the blockage and accumulation of materials on the screening mesh, and has a certain self-cleaning function.
