Mamba Woven wire screen mesh
Mamba Screen Mesh MFG Company’s wire cloth is the fruit of close cooperation with Canadian technology. All equipment in the factory are imported from Germany. Our company strictly follows International Standard, the Guide of Industrial Wire Screen and Woven Wire Cloth. Every process, including Crimping, Weaving, Hook Making, Edge Binding, has its own Work Sheet to cross-reference. Every process must be double-checked and approved by our Quality Supervision Department.
Mamba Woven wire screen mesh used in quarry and mining has its unique materials, features, specifications, and applications. The details are as follows:
- High-carbon steel: It has high strength and hardness, enabling it to withstand the impact and friction of ore and rock during the screening process. It is suitable for screening large particle size and high-hardness materials in quarries and mines, but its corrosion resistance is relatively poor.
- Stainless steel: Usually, stainless steel grades such as 304 and 316 are selected. They have excellent corrosion resistance and can resist the erosion of various minerals and chemical substances in the mining environment. They are suitable for applications that require high hygiene and anti-corrosion requirements, such as screening in some metal mines and chemical mines.
- Alloy steel: Alloy elements such as manganese and chromium are added to improve its strength, toughness, and wear resistance. It can adapt to harsh working conditions in quarries and mines, such as high-impact and high-abrasion environments, and is often used in large-scale mining screening equipment.
- High wear resistance: The wire mesh is made of wear-resistant materials and has a dense and firm weaving structure, which can effectively resist the wear and scouring of ore and rock particles, and has a long service life.
- High strength and impact resistance: It can withstand the large pressure and impact force generated during the screening process and is not easy to deform or break, ensuring the stability and reliability of the screening operation.
- Good permeability: The reasonable mesh design enables the materials to be screened to pass through the mesh smoothly, improving the screening efficiency and ensuring the normal progress of the screening process.
- Corrosion resistance: For some mining environments with corrosive media, the selected materials have good corrosion resistance, which can reduce the damage of the mesh caused by corrosion and maintain the performance of the screen mesh.
- Mesh size: Usually ranging from a few millimeters to dozens of millimeters, common specifications include 5mm×5mm, 10mm×10mm, 20mm×20mm, etc. The specific mesh size is selected according to the particle size of the materials to be screened. Larger mesh sizes are used for rough screening of large particle size materials, while smaller mesh sizes are used for fine screening.
- Wire diameter: Generally between 1mm and 19.05mm. Thicker wire diameters are used for screening high-hardness and large particle size materials to ensure the strength and wear resistance of the screen mesh. Thinner wire diameters are suitable for screening fine materials to improve the accuracy of screening.
- Width and length: The width of the woven wire screen mesh is generally between 0.5 meters and 3 meters, and the length can be customized according to the actual needs of the user, usually ranging from a few meters to dozens of meters.
- Ore screening: It is used in the primary, secondary, and fine screening processes of ore dressing plants to separate ores of different particle sizes and improve the efficiency and quality of ore dressing. For example, in iron ore mines, the woven wire screen mesh is used to screen out iron ore particles of different sizes for subsequent beneficiation operations.
- Gravel screening: In quarries, it is used to screen gravel and sand, separating materials of different particle sizes to meet the needs of different construction projects. For example, in the production of building sand, the screen mesh is used to screen out sand particles of different sizes to produce high-quality building sand.
- Coal screening: In coal mines, it is used to screen coal of different particle sizes to meet the needs of different users. For example, screening lump coal and pulverized coal to improve the quality and value of coal products.
