IP68 NEMA 7 Explosion Proof Electric Actuator With Torque From 50Nm To 600Nm

Features:

  • Turning angle ≤360° adjustable with electric limit switches
  • Explosion proof grade ExdIICT4 for Zone system and Group C, D T4 for Division system
  • Stainless steel visual valve position indicator with 10mm tempered glass lens
  • Hard die cast aluminum alloy enclosure to resistance to high explosive pressure inside
  • Heavy duty fully enclosed squirrel-cage asynchronous motor with fire treatment
  • Manual override with Allen handle/handwheel optional
  • Double lip skeleton oil seal and O-ring seal to ensure protection grade to IP68
  • Standard ISO 5211 direct mounting

Description

DCL anti-explosion electric actuators’ enclosure are special casted by larger tonnage die casting machine than common series actuator, to ensure even very small stomas are not existed. The shell thickness is thicker than common shell to suffer gas explosion inside actuator. The quality of cylinder stop surface is the key part to guarantee explosion proof. Scratches, mistake tolerances, shorter stop length, rust points and cracks are all definitely not allowed on this surface. Thus all shells are 100% checked by DCL after shipping from suppliers.

Actuator are officially tested by CSA to meet ATEX, UL and CSA standard and can be used in different regions all around the world, including Europe, north America and any other places.
