Description

This laser welding machine system is specially designed for special shape products which need full automaticly working. After make out a program with the PLC controller, it will weld automaticly, you can also see the welding lines on the CCD display clearly.

QA-W500A5 is a 5 axis automation laser welding sysetm which gain fiber optic cable transmission. After the fiber optical transmission, the laser beam quality will be much better and suitable for precise laser welding. The laser source is YAG, which can out put high laser power.

When laser radiation heats the surface of work-piece, the surface heat diffuses to the interior through thermal conduction and melts the work piece by controlling the width, energy, peak power and repeating frequency of laser pulse to form specific molten pool.

A: We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt wooden case. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by thickening plastic bag for waterproof.
2.Q: Will the package damaged during transportation?
A: Our package is considerate all the damage factors and make it to be safe, so please don’t worry, you will receive the machines in good condition.
3.Q: How to install and run the machine?
A: Our technician have installed the machine before shipping. For some small parts installation, we will send detail training video, user’s manual along with the machine.
