Description

QA-400D Crane Jig Mould Laser Welding Machine is a semi-automation laser welder, which is controlled by Simens PLC system. The X Y Z axis moving is motorized, and the laser head can rotate for different angles, so it can weld round products with curve.

It can meet different welding effects because the energy, pulse width, frequency and light spot size can be adjusted in a large range.

The technology can also be applied to modification of mould design or size, thus reducing the development cycle of the product.

The ceramic converging cavity is imported from the UK. High quality make It corrosion resistant and high temperature resistant with 8-10 years service life.
