HFD-2000 Auto Air Cylinder Vacuum Compress Packaging Machine For Pillow Cushion Quilt Blanket Foam Mattress Compressor

Compress and pack feather and down bedding, pillows, cushions and other fluffy articles. Can reduce volume, cut storage or shipping expenses, and are also moisture-proof and insect-proof. Driven by compressed air, uses plastic laminated film or heat-sealable thickened plastic film bag to pack articles under pressure. Made with only one seal (double-seal type is also available), simple construction and can move freely. (Can be made to special specification).

The compression packaging machine is suitable for compressing and packaging plush toys, down jackets, quilt space suits, pillows,cushions, clothing, sponges, and fluffy items.The packaged goods not only remain smooth and beautiful, moisture-proof anddust-proof, but also reduce the volume of the packaged goods, thereby greatly reducing storage and transportation costs.

Thecompression packaging machine can adjust the compression stroke, and can adjust the compression plate according to the height of the product's falling characteristics, thereby avoiding the situation that the product is too low due to compression and will not cause damage to the goods and internal.
