50% Selectivity Double Deep Metal Pallet Storage Rack With Special Forklifts
Double deep pallet rack is a warehouse pallet storage system that is used to increase storage efficiency and pallet density. Double deep pallet racks are made up of two standard selective racks that are placed back to back to form the double deep pallet storage system. Clients load and unload pallets from these systems using double-reach or deep-reach lift trucks. These double-deep racks are typically designed to be installed against a wall or in conjunction with another double-deep section behind it to maximize floor space. Double deep is commonly found in warehouses with high volume and limited space that use the LIFO (Last In First Out) inventory rotation. Double-deep pallet rack systems can also help to maximize warehouse space by increasing floor space by 60-65%. Double-deep pallet racks are 50 percent selectable.

Attention
1. Special forklift trucks should be equipped. The forklift aisle should be about 3.3 meters.
2. Because there are two rows of goods in the pickup direction of the stacker cargo fork, the special forward stacker (some are called three-way forklift trucks) must be used, and the cargo fork of the stacker generally adopts the level 5 cargo fork.
3. For the access of the rear goods, same as the drive-in rack pallet. Only after the corresponding goods in the front row can be removed or moved, can the shelves be difficult to do first-in-front, first-out. In order to improve the utilization rate of the warehouse, the general inventory needs to consider storing the rear shelves first, and then storing the front shelves later.
4. When the goods are taken out, try to remove the front and rear goods at one time. If too many goods can not be removed at one time, it may affect the inventory utilization rate or the warehouse operation efficiency (it needs to be inverted warehouse operation frequently).
