1. In the VNA racking system, the upright frames are often very high with maximum height over 8 meters. For these high bay racks, frame portal ties are applied to the system connecting adjacent frames together for better overall performance.

2. In warehouses, pallet racks are usually configurated with back-to-back layout. However, in some circumstances, a single row racks can be spotted standing alone which may be not stable enough with relatively high frames.
