Description

Cable trays are used as an alternative to open wiring or electrical conduit systems which are commonly used for cable management in commercial & industrial construction. We are cable tray roll forming machine manufacture, we produce various of products such as type cable tray, mesh cable tray and ladder cable tray as your requirements. They are especially useful in situations where changes to a wiring system are anticipated.

Kinds of cable tray

Ladder type : Consist of both longitudinal side rails connected by individual transverse members called rungs.

Solid bottom type : Consists of both longitudinal side rails connected with a reinforced solid bottom. Solid bottom trays are most often used to provide electrical or magnetic shielding for very sensitive communications and signal circuitry.

Perforated type : Consist of both longitudinal side rails connected with a perforated bottom. Perforations in the tray bottom allow for maximum airflow to cables, so they can stay cool and won’t build up heat.
