26GHz NYRD-PB-B Flat Radar Level Meter

The flat-panel radar level meter is a 26GHz high-frequency radar level measuring instrument with a maximum measurement distance of 40 meters. The antenna is further optimized, and the new fast microprocessor can perform higher-speed signal analysis and processing, so that the instrument can be used in some complex occasions such as steam, foam, dust, crystallization, condensation, etc..

The flat-panel radar level meter antenna using PTFE material, PTFE (PTFE or PTFE), commonly known as "plastics king", is made up of tetrafluoroethylene by the polymerization of polymer compounds, it has excellent chemical stability, high corrosion resistance, sealing, lubrication is not sticky, electric insulation and good anti-aging endurance, PTFE has the following features:

• High temperature resistance -- operating temperature up to 250℃.
• Low temperature resistance -- good mechanical toughness; Even when the temperature drops to -196℃, 5% elongation can be maintained.
• Corrosion resistance - inert to most chemicals and solvents, resistant to strong acids and bases, water and various organic solvents.
• Weather resistance - has the best aging life of plastics.
• High lubrication - the lowest friction coefficient of solid materials.
• Non-adhesion - is the minimum surface tension in a solid material and does not adhere to any substance.
• Non-toxic -- with physiological inertia, as artificial blood vessels and organs implanted in the body for a long time without adverse reactions.

Radar Level Meter Operating Principle

The radar level antenna emits narrow microwave pulses, which are transmitted downward through the antenna. After the pulse touches the surface of the measured medium, it is reflected back and received by the antenna system again, and the signal is transmitted to the electronic circuit part and automatically converted into a level signal (because the pulse propagation speed is extremely fast, the electromagnetic wave reaches the target and is reflected back to the receiver. The time taken is almost instantaneous).

Reference surface for measurement: The bottom surface of the thread or the sealing surface of the flange.

Note: When using radar level timing, make sure that the highest material level cannot enter the measurement blind area (area shown by C in the figure).
