NY3051 series intelligent differential pressure/pressure transmitter is an intelligent field type instrument according to HART protocol. With original imported diaphragm design, The microprocessor and HART communication circuit can be used for two-way communication with any upper computer software that supports the HART communication protocol or 475 as well as other manual operators that conform to the HART communication protocol. It is also equipped with a 5-bit intelligent digital LCD display, which can show the differential pressure/pressure value, input value and output value on site. Debugging is very convenient, to realized digital and intelligent functions of the transmitter. It is compatible with the traditional 4~20mA analog output signal, so it can be interchanged with the analog meter without changing the control system.
NY3051 series intelligent differential pressure/pressure transmitter has a variable capacitance sensing component called“ δ” Chamber, the process pressure is transmitted to the“ δ” The central diaphragm of the chamber. The central diaphragm is a tensioned elastic element, which generates corresponding deformation displacement for the pressure difference between the two sides acting on it, and this displacement is transformed into the differential capacitance formed on the capacitor plate. The differential capacitance is converted into standard output signal by electronic circuit.
