Simple Structure Magnetic Floating Ball Level Meter Operating Stably Operating Principle
Magnetic floating ball level meter adopts an ring-shape magnetic float ball to make the dry reed tubes in the main measuring rod pull in as the liquid level rises. Then it converts the liquid level into a corresponding resistance in order to output the signal. It converts the resistance signal into a two-wire 4-20mA current output by installing an integrated transmission circuit module in the junction box. Magnetic float level meter also provides on-site LED digital display to measure the liquid level. NYFZ-X series products are standard, anti-corrosion and explosion-proof.
Magnetic floating ball level meter works on the principle of floatage and magnetic coupling. A group of dry reed tubes and precision resistors are installed in the detection tube. When the magnetic float ball moves up and down along the detection tube with the change of liquid level, the dry reed tubes are connected in turns to change the output resistance value of the detection tube. The conversion circuit module in the junction box converts the value into 4~20mA current output.
The float ball can be different materials and shapes. Such as 1Cr18Ni9Ti, PP, PVC, PTFE and other materials. To measure various working conditions such as anti-corrosion, explosion-proof and pressure resistance.
