Working Principle of Magnetic Float Ball Level Gauge
The level gauge is installed with one or more dry reeds in the closed non-magnetic tube, and then passes the tube through one or more hollow floating balls with ring magnets inside. The ring-shaped magnetic float will drive the floating balls to move up and down along with the rise or fall of the liquid, so that the dry reeds in the non-magnetic tube will be attracted or disconnected, and the resistance signal corresponding to the liquid level will be output and converted into a 4-20mA standard signal output, It can also send a contact on (off) conversion signal.
