Working Principle of Pressure Transmitter
NP93420 series uses the piezoresistive effect of semiconductors and micromachining technology to make Wheatstone bridges on the specific crystal direction of single-crystal silicon wafer by using semiconductor processes such as photolithography and diffusion to form a sensitive film. When it is subjected to external force, it will slightly change, and the resistivity will change, so that the bridge arm resistance will change (one pair will become larger and the other pair will become smaller) to excite voltage signal output. Through computer temperature compensation, laser resistance modulation, signal amplification and other processing methods, as well as strict assembly detection, calibration and other processes, the pressure transmitter with standard output signal is produced.
