Operating Principle
Tuning fork level switch is a new level control switch, it is mainly by tuning fork, through the vibration principle to measure the level of height. The working principle of tuning fork level controller is to make the tuning fork vibrate at a certain resonance frequency through a pair of piezoelectric crystals installed on the tuning fork base. When the tuning fork is in contact with the measured medium, the frequency and amplitude of the tuning fork will change. These changes will be detected by the intelligent circuit, processed and converted into a switching signal.

Design Features
- Tuning fork level switch has the characteristics of long service life, stable performance, safety and reliability, strong adaptability, no adjustment and free from maintenance, mainly widely used in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, light industry, food and other industries in the level of the process control.
- It is not affected by foam, eddy current, gas, suitable for all kinds of silo solid material level and all kinds of container liquid level fixed alarm or control.
- For solid materials, the main measurement can flow freely of medium density solid powder or particles. For example, fly ash, cement, sand, stone powder, plastic particles, salt, sugar and so on.
- For liquid materials, it mainly measures explosive and non-explosive liquids, corrosive liquids (acid and alkali solutions, etc.), high-viscosity liquids water, acid and alkali, mud, paper pulp, dyes, oils, milk, wine, beverage, etc. Tuning fork level switch is widely used, mainly for powder and small particle material with a wide density range, such as dust collector inlet and outlet pipe plug pipe detection, dust collector dust hopper material level measurement, plastic, rubber powder, flour, all kinds of food crops, food, chemical products and so on limit measurement.
