NYYCUK tuning fork level switch is a new type of level switch. It is designed and manufactured by using the principle of tuning fork vibration. It is an induction rod base on which the tuning fork is opened and closed, which drives the tuning fork through the piezoelectric chip and receives the vibration signal by another piezoelectric chip, which circulates the vibration signal and resonates with the induction rod. When the material is in contact with the induction rod, the vibration signal becomes smaller, and the control circuit outputs the electrical connection signal until the resonance is stopped. Because of the natural principle that the sensibility of the inductive rod decreases from the front end to the back seat, when the material in the tank accumulates up with the barrel, it touches the bottom of the inductive rod There is no error signal when the seat is in the rear or when discharging. In short, the tuning fork produces mechanical vibration under the excitation of piezoelectric crystal, which has a certain frequency and amplitude. When the tuning fork is immersed in liquid or solid, the vibration frequency and amplitude of the tuning fork will change. This frequency change is detected by the electronic-subcircuit and outputs a switch quantity.
