NYWBUK Microwave Level Switch Non-Contact Liquid Level Alarm​

NYWBUK series of microwave level switches are based on the principle of microwave very narrow pulse detection. Microwave level switch is a solid position switch designed by microwave pair emitter-receiver. The microwave level switch is a paired set of instruments, one end is the transmitter, the other is the receiving end, which is responsible for the acquisition and output of the microwave signal, and the instrument is installed in pairs on the position to be monitored. When there is no material plugging in the monitoring position, the receiving end outputs the Mno material” signal, and when the monitoring position is blocked, the receiving end outputs the "material plugging1' signal. NYWBUK Microwave Level Switch Installation requirements
  • Do not damage the insulation of the probe during installation. Avoid mechanical wear of probe and installation interface, container wall, material etc.
  • The instrument guard line pipe must not have the stagnant water, otherwise will endanger the instrument electronic unit;
  • As shown in figure 1, due to the directionality of microwave emissions, the transmitter and receiver installed in the same group must be in the same direction, or reverse 180 °. When the position is 90 °, the receiving end will not receive a valid signal.
  • See figure 2. When multiple sets of microwave level switches need to be installed in adjacent locations, each adjacent set of instruments should be staggered 90 °. And keep the center distance above 500mm.
  • See figure 3 fbr a typical installation diagram.
  • Microwave level switches should be installed in pairs, one is the transmitter and the other is the receiver. The transmitter is responsible for transmitting the microwave signal and the receiving side is responsible for detecting the microwave signal and converting it to the level
