High Power And Small Angle Ultrasonic Liquid Level Meter High Sensitivity Operating Principle

NYCSUL two-wire ultrasonic liquid level meter is an intelligent non-contact liquid level measuring instrument. This product can automatically adjust emitting power, control transmission gain and compensate temperature value. It adopts advanced detection and calculation technology to suppress interference signal, thus improving the measurement accuracy of the instrument and ensuring the authenticity of the measurement results fundamentally . This product is used for level measurement of various liquids and distance measurement.

The ultrasonic level gauge is installed on the top of the container. Under the control of the electronic unit, the probe sends a beam of ultrasonic pulse to the object to be measured. The acoustic wave is reflected by the object surface. Part of the reflected echo is received by the probe and converted into electrical signals. The level change is determined according to the time difference and sound velocity of the ultrasonic wave from transmission to re reception. The microwave signal is processed by the electronic device and finally converted into electrical signals related to the level.
