1.Application of Electric Heat Treat Furnace heat treat furnace
The strong convection bell type heat treatment furnace is a batch type resistance furnace, which can be operated continuously with multiple furnaces. It is mainly used for heat treatment of machine parts such as coil wires and wires, and can also be used for heat treatment of other workpieces under the environment below the rated temperature. The electric heat treat furnace has good thermal cycle and uniform temperature. The temperature control system uses PID zero crossing trigger thyristor, and Shanghai Guolong programmable high precision intelligent meter to control temperature. The furnace has good stability, and uses paperless recorder to automatically record temperature, with U disk recording and over temperature alarm dual control, to ensure that the workpiece does not exceed the temperature. Automatic interlock control is adopted for each mechanical transmission part of electric bell type furnace to ensure operation safety.
