3.Equipment Functions

The machine is comprised of decoiler, straightening and cutting body, and tube collection device. The machine is controlled by PLC and touch screen.

3.1 The cut-to-length of the tube is set through the human-machine interface.

3.2 The straightening mechanism of the machine can be adjusted both horizontally and vertically.

3.3 The feeding mechanism employs servo motor and ball screw, which ensures an accurate feeding length and allows convenient adjustment. The machine can cut the tubes without burrs. Each cutter can be adjusted separately, and can be used repeatedly by polishing. (cutter outer diameter:φ25)

3.4 The tube collection stand is controlled by a pneumatic cylinder. There is a natural slant for the tube fall-down.

3.5 The mechanical system of the machine is in fully-automatic operation. The finished product quality is stable and reliable.

3.6 The overall structure of the machine is well designed to ensure workers’ safety.

4. Processed Product Specification and Accuracy

4.3 The tube surface is without mechanical scratches or bruises.

4.4 The straightening mechanism can be adjusted manually. There is a total of 8 straightening wheels including horizontal and vertical ones.

The machine is warranted for 12 months starting from the day of arrival at the buyer’site.Easy worn parts are not included in the warranty.

10. Equipment color: standard sky blue RAL5015 or otherwise required by the buyer.
