Product Application

Gas Fired Fast Reverberatory aluminum metal melting furnace has a compact structure for both melting and holding aluminum liquid.
The melting chamber is formed by once-forming casting material, which has a high strength and a long service life. The furnace is
equipped with famous brand burner, which has functions of automatic ignition and temperature control.
The metal melting furnace also has an over-temperature alarm device.

Main Features

1 ) The metal melting furnace employs the bright flame burner to reduce generation of oxides and improve
the radiation capacity of the flame. Combustion is complete, and heat efficiency is high.
2 ) The metal loss rate is less than 1.5%.
3 ) The furnace body has a compact and firm structure. It is scientifically designed without dead corners, and
easily cleaned.
4 ) The fume heat is utilized to save energy loss and improve heat efficiency. The heat efficiency reaches more than 50%.
5 ) The furnace works with a variety of fuels, such as natural gas and liquefied gas.
6 ) The hearth employs quality once-forming casting material with a service life of more than 5 years.
7 ) The control system employs the advanced PLC and touch screen system with easy operation, safety, reliability, and easy
maintenance.
